As you know Justin is very passionate about meat & our line of smoked small goods eg bacon, ham, beer sticks, kabana, etc. We were honored & Proud to represent Taroom by attending the AMIC (Australian Meat Industry Council - National) Charcuterie Excellence Awards for Small Goods 2023 in Melbourne.
We meet some great Butcher Shop owners & Smoked Goods Businesses in a Celebration of each other success. It’s a rare opportunity to raise each other up & celebrate the success of our industry.
Competition was fierce with such a high standard of products from all over Australia. We we’re proud to be there flying high the Flag for Taroom.
