Passion for meat has always been in our family. My amazing husband is a 5th generation Butcher so has the passion for meat in his blood. It has always been our dream to own and run a Butcher Shop supplying our customers with truly fresh Paddock to plate meat. And in 2018 we were able to make this dream a reality. It’s been an exciting roller coaster ride ever since then. With our customer base growing fast as they fall in love and appreciate paddock fresh meat.
We are proud to provide direct from the farmer to your plate high quality grain assisted beef giving superior consistent quality that melts in your mouth. All cattle have been treated with care their whole life ensuring their welfare is the highest priority. Happy cattle, happy farmer, happy customers.
We are fortunate to be able to source pigs and sheep from the Chinchilla area for our shop, supporting farmers and their families. Having Truly FRESH lamb, pork and beef makes for delicious home cooked meals, once you taste the difference you will never go back.

Supporting other local businesses and families is important to us and keeping our local country community thriving. It’s all about working together, which I love. By helping each other we make our community stronger, more vibrant and has a flown on affect into the schools, community organisations and other small businesses.
Our passion for meat and satisfying our customers has grown quick with demand for our product as far as the Gold Coast. We’ve had to grow our team to keep up with the workload and are blessed to find Joe a local boy looking for an apprenticeship. It’s exciting to be able to pass on the knowledge of the true butchering trade to the younger generation, with so many of these skills lost these days with butcher shops not having fresh meat from the farmer. We truly are fortunate and would like to thank everyone for the support which has lead us to where we are today, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
